INGREDIENTS
1 part Jin Talog Juniper Gin
1 part Chambord raspberry liqueur
Ginger ale or Ginger beer – Fever tree have a lovely Orange Spiced Ginger Ale available at the moment – Llanllyr Ginger Ale is also good with this
Raspberries (optional)
METHOD
Fill a tall glass with ice
Add the gin and Chambord
Give it a stir
Top up with Ginger Ale to taste
Add a raspberry or two to garnish
