A Welsh Gin Cocktail from Jin Talog
We served Hedgerows at the Big Cwtch Festival in September and the crowd loved them. You will too.
1 part Jin Talog Juniper Gin
1 part Chambord Raspberry Liqueur or Crème de Mure, or Créme de Cassis
1 part Cointreau or Triple Sec
2 parts Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic
Raspberries to garnish
Fill a tall glass with ice
Add the gin, the liqueur and the Cointreau
Give it a stir
Top up with Elderflower Tonic to taste
Add a raspberry or two to garnish
