A Gin Cocktail from Jin Talog
A wonderfully fruity and unmistakably Christmassy cocktail. It is easy to make and the ingredients are all readily available. A few of these will make any party go with a swing. It would also work as a breakfast cocktail on Christmas morning.
1 part Jin Talog
1 part Campari
2 parts Clementine, Orange, or Blood Orange juice
In a cocktail shaker, mix the Jin Talog, Campari and juice.
Pour into a glass and top up with Prosecco to taste.
Garnish with a piece of clementine (one of your 5 a day).
