Bees Knees – Award winning gin
An Organic Gin Cocktail from Jin Talog
We believe that this one dates from prohibition era America. There are lots of wonderful honey producers right here in Carmarthenshire, and we have a hive of our own right here on the farm, so how about trying a Bees Knees?
INGREDIENTS
1 part Jin Talog
2 parts orange juice
1 teaspoon of honey
1 teaspoon of warm water
Ice
METHOD
Fill a tumbler or martini glass with ice
Add the gin and orange juice
Mix the honey and warm water in a separate glass or cup to make a liquid consistency
Add to the gin and orange and stir
Garnish with a slice of orange
