You will not find our gin just anywhere. You will never see it in a supermarket trolley, nor in a wholesaler. We choose who sells our gin very carefully and like to think that we are to be found in all the best hotels, restaurants, delis and off licences across the south and west of Wales. Please see our stockist page or of course buy online through this website. Your bottle of our premium organic gin will soon be on its way to you.

Simple.  Jin Talog’s organic gin is made with 100% certified organic materials and spring water from our farm.  That’s it.  Purity in a glass. Jin Talog is accredited by the Welsh Organic Scheme.

There is no legal definition of what small batch means.   Our batches are never more than 32 bottles.  Some distilleries class a “small batch” as 7500 bottles.   You decide!

YES!  Please rest assured that absolutely no animals were even remotely involved in the making of Jin Talog. Completely vegan gin!

Yes, we courier our gin all over the UK.  We have never had a broken bottle!   We are very happy to hand write your personal message.  Creating a personal touch making it the best gin for gifts. Please let us know on your order. 

This is where our sheep help out.   Animal health requirements means that legally we have to shear sheep once a year (and boy are they happy to be free of their winter coats).  We take this wool, ferment it naturally to clean it, let it air dry and with a quick back comb it’s ready to use.  Everybody is happy and you get to knit some socks or use it as compost. 

Yes, and it’s always a big success.   We will handwrite your personal message and wrap your gift lovingly in our welsh wool.  We can even package up and send our Xmas gin gift sets for those unique gin gifts! Let us know when you’d like it to arrive and leave the rest to us. 

The sun is always over the yardarm somewhere in the world and so we send gin to gin lovers all over the world. The welsh diaspora are often gin-deprived and so a bottle of welsh gin will always hit the spot.  Certain countries do impose logistical challenges, so please check with us first.
